Absolutely. We work with clients all over the world. Our invoicing system works well in every country and most of our communication will be via phone, email or file sharing. If we need to see each others faces, or screens, Skype and Zoom are great and if anything needs mailing I'm happy to do so. No problem!

We will do our best to accommodate timelines and goals, but please plan in advance for our creative process. We do commonly have a waiting list of up to two months, but will do what we can with your plans. Ensuring you are ready and organised from your end before we begin can help with deciding the timeframe and booking your work in.

Your logo is a huge part of your Visual Identity, but only a part. After 25 years in this industry, we believe wholly that a just a logo without strong branding behind it will likely fall flat on its face. We ALWAYS offer a full branding, including brand strategy, several versions of your logo plus colour palette, typography, icons and often a brand pattern. This gives you a full professional branding suite that can grow with you and be valuable in its versatility. Our branding packages give you an understanding of your brand and how it can serve to get you more customers, which is an invaluable investment.

You are involved every step of the way, and we make sure you end up with a design that you are proud of. At the start of your project, we talk through your goals and parameters, which will guide the design process. Since you’re involved in each step, you can be confident your brand identity will be something you love.

We treat each brand and project individually as each business has different needs. We'll start with a free no-obligation Discovery Call (just fill in the project application form above) to chat about your goals before we put a proposal together. As a rough guide: 

Custom Branding Packages average 3-5 weeks and are typically an investment of AUD$3500-7000.

Custom Websites average 3-5 weeks and are typically an investment of AUD$4800-$7000.

If you are after something small or less custom, or have other design needs including packaging and print marketing, chat with us about our VIP Design Intensive "Powerhouse" Days at $2100. 

Website and branding are typically broken up into 3 payments, with the option to pay in full. Smaller projects or Powerhouse Sessions will be either paid in full or require a 50% deposit. With most projects, we are happy to work with you to design a payment schedule that works for both of us. Payment for print projects needs to be made before we send your design to print.

Payment can be done via credit card through our secure online payment system (Stripe) or direct deposit to our account.

Sorry, No. The most integral part of our work (and the favourite bit!) is the creation of ideas and delving into the deep strategy work behind your actual design - this is the part that will make it succeed and align with your customers. If you’ve already planned it, you don’t need to hire a brand designer, just someone with software knowledge. No sense paying a surgeon to put a band-aid on.  

From 2022, I now solely build my sites with the Showit platform. From my experience, Showit is unsurpassed in terms of ease of use for my clients (allowing you to easily update the site yourself) as well as design capabilities. I build my Showit sites from the ground up so they are 100% custom. This allows me to design outside of traditional template confines and means your site is a unique design masterpiece. Showit also links up with the powerful SEO capabilities of WordPress for blogs. It is important to know that each website platform has its own limitations and strengths, so depending on the future needs of your site, I may tell you that another platform would be best.
